MA Khair told The Daily Campus that not only the 19th exam but also the SSC and equivalent exams have been postponed for the time being. The next decision will be announced if the flood situation improves.
Meanwhile, in the Sylhet region alone, the flood-ravaged 290 primary and secondary schools have been closed. The number of submerged educational institutions is increasing as the water level continues to rise. Due to the flood waters, students and parents are worried about the Secondary School Certificate (SSC) exams here. Many were demanding suspension of the test.
